Working in your chosen groups of four, draw cash flow diagrams to evaluate the Tempe Streetcar and S. Mountain Freeway projects internal rates of return. Write a brief report summarizing your findings and make a recommendation to the citizens of Tempe regarding the Streetcar project.

Application – Meeting in groups of 5, compare individual judgments of LeMessurier actions during the Citicorp Crisis. Create a jury decision. In the case of a unanimous decision, anticipate and refute counter arguments. In the case of a split decision, describe both the majority and dissenting opinions. Upload to CritViz.
Class 14 – Midterm Practice Exam (plenary)
Objectives
- Understand the difference between top and mediocre performance
- Identify lingering misconceptions or points of confusion presenting obstacles to demonstrations of mastery of introductory engineering finance (concepts and equations), application of the Fundamental Canons of Engineering Ethics, communications, and teamwork.
